System Requirements

1. A High Speed Internet Connection:

A high speed Cable or DSL connection to the Internet is required to use Colorado PC's Remote Assistance service.

2. A Java Capable Web Browser:

The majority of web browser's are Java Capable. However, some Windows users may need to update their Java Runtime Environment to get the best performance. Please follow the instructions below to install the most current version of the Java Runtime Environment.

Macintosh users already have everything they need to take advantage of this service.

Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

1. Click here to download the JRE installation program.
2. Click "Run" when prompted and choose the default installation options.
3. You may need to restart your computer when the installation finishes.
